In useless purchases of the night: I bought a Gautama Buddha head at 50% off. I wanted the big big head made of stone - it was 750$ after the rebate. ouch. I also added a ball-shaped wooden light fixture to that list.
Yes.
zooeydeschanel is quickly becoming my favorite muse/actress. I went to the local Vidéotron not knowing what to bring back home. I ended up choosing this film entitled ‘Gigantic’ mainly because of her. Exquisite use of type; the director of photography is one to marry. This film breathes indie; it exhales simplicity. Mise à part 3-4 scenes, this movie is one to watch on a lonely afternoon. It’s Manhattan - it’s awkward love; it’s design, it’s straight forward. It’s Little Miss Sunshine with a glimpse of 500 days of summer. It’s also rated 38% on RottenTomatoes - but that’s whatever.
Poutine in New Brunswick found in a bowling alley.
Now I’m looking at my cousins feasting on some salty fries, heavenly sauces, meat, and seeded buns. It almost feels right.

It was quite frustrating to find only french versions of the game (regardless of the fact that it is originally a board game ‘fait par et pour des Québecois, en français, merci bonsoir). Anyways, I got it at half price, which makes winning at the game way more worth the 14.96$. I realized something - I’m really awesome at these board games - last week it was pictionnary, now cranium. Consider making a board game for Poker; and I might just win for once.
A couple of hours of sleep won’t hurt.
